Becoming a Lotus House Member

At our Clubhouse, we are more than just a program or social service; we are a vibrant community of individuals working together towards a shared goal. Our doors are open to anyone diagnosed with a mental illness. Here, members can work on their recovery at their own pace, supported by a caring community, dedicated work units, and personal relationships. We offer a range of services, including housing, employment, and education. Best of all, joining our Clubhouse is completely free with no membership dues.

How to Become a Member

If you are over the age of 18 and are interested in joining The Lotus House, we invite you to join us for a tour. Contact the Administration Unit at 785-232-6960 to schedule or use the form below.

After completing the tour, you will be asked to have a referral form completed by a medical professional/social worker or sign a release for the Clubhouse to obtain record. Remember the only requirement for membership is a mental health diagnosis. After the referral form is reviewed, you will be contacted by phone by the Administration Unit to arrange an orientation.
